HOW DOES IT WORK?

A laser device that produces a beam of light at a high wave length and low energy level is applied at several specific points of the body depending on what your needs are as an alternative method for the ancient practice of Chinese acupuncture. However, the low level laser device is used instead of needles to stimulate the nerve endings of the meridian points of the body. The laser stimulation causes your body to release endorphins into your system. Endorphins are your natural opiates (pain killers) and mood enhancers of your organism.

HOW SAFE IS IT?

The Low Level Laser Therapy (L.L.L.T.) is a drug-free, painless, non-invasive treatment that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has classified it a "non-significant" risk device. The laser device is not capable to produce enough heat to burn body tissue like the surgical laser devices utilize for advanced medical applications. For additional precaution though, you will be asked to wear protective glasses during your treatment sessions.
